This notice explains how MSD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visitvibetect.com. It covers this website only. How the VibeTect desktop application handles data is described on the security & privacy page and will be documented in full with each release.
What we collect
When you browse the site
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — typically in short-lived server logs.
This site does not currently run analytics scripts.
When you request early access
The early-access form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email; if you do, we receive your email address and the details in the message. We use this information only to contact you about VibeTect early access and releases.
When you email us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use it to respond.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (such as hosting and email providers), and where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep early-access requests until VibeTect is generally available or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live — including the UK, the European Economic Area and some US states — you may have additional rights under local law. Emailprivacy@vibetect.com and we’ll respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Changes
If we change how this website handles personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
